It feels like Spring will never get here in northern Michigan. As I'm writing this it is snowing outside, piling up on top of the ice and foot of snow we already have. Ugh. I love winter, but this is crazy! It's the middle of April and I'm ready for fresh air, fresh fruits and veggies, and flip flops! In honor of the hopefully-coming-soon spring I have a fun gardening tip for you.

Gardening Tip: If you grow your own herbs, this is a quick way to dry them with an extra benefit for your car! Lay a sheet of newspaper on the seat of your car, arrange the herbs in a single layer, then roll up the windows and close the doors. Your herbs will be quickly dried to perfection and your car will smell great!

Want a quick, easy recipe to use those fresh herbs you just dried? Throw 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag, add a couple tablespoons olive oil, followed by a teaspoon each of your favorite three herbs (Ex: Rosemary, Thyme, Oregano). Let it marinade for 30 minutes and grill it. Easy and yummy!

And, if you have a moment, please check out my books. You can get the first book in my Wolff Securities Series for .99 cents!

Thank you for stopping by! For more chances to win simply click on the links below and leave a comment with your EMAIL on every authors blog!

Happy Spring!
